Congratulations to Shane Gotschi. He is our Employee of the Quarter!
Shane has been with DryHome since 2007. He started as a scheduling coordinator and is now our site manager.
As site manager, Shane will arrive at the job site during the installation period to ensure that the job is going well and to support the crews. He also is there to answer any questions the customer may have.
Shane enjoys his co-workers and loves the level of customer service that DryHome provides. His attention to detail and quality of work comes from being a second-generation roofer.
Shane lives in Reston. He loves spending time with this girlfriend, Kelly, and their many animals. He also likes being outdoors and participating in extreme sports.
He enjoys the many customers that he meets and is a true asset to our team!
